Quality Technician
MAK Jobs is recruiting for an experienced Quality Technician on behalf of our client. We are thrilled to be working with this well-established prestige company who are offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
Location: Rugby
Salary: £15.50 - £17.17 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:30
Essential for the role:
Manufacturing background
Ability to read engineering drawing
CMM (coordinate measuring machine ) experience
Within your role, you will be responsible to ensure that all incoming goods meet the required quality standards as per the approved drawings and technical specifications.
Responsibilities
Inspect incoming parts and perform detailed measurement
Support Final Inspection
Liaise with the production teams
Review and approve or reject incoming parts
Manage Material Review Board (MRB) process and disposition of product (Ie. Rework, Scrap, RTV
Raise and manage CAR (Full 8D - Containment, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventative Actions)
Validate Supplier FAIR
Requirements:
Committed, flexible and able to multi-task.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise tasks within a daily work allocation
Positive and 'can do' attitude.
